Dear Parents/Guardians:
Please join faculty, staff and children from Faith North/FNM@ Shaw for our annual Holiday Tax Credit Concert Monday, December 5 – 6 pm at Herrera School located at 1350 South 11th Street, Phoenix, AZ 85034.
Children should arrive no later than 5:30 pm. They will be shown to a classroom where they will wait until they perform and then return to after their performance. The teachers will release the children to their parents at the conclusion of the concert.
For this event children should be presented in concert attire. No jeans, t-shirts or sneakers. Moreover, please assist me in reminding your child to bring their instrument and music to school the day of the concert.
